[Gocamino] URGENT plea!

This is the second death I am aware of this month, the first was about May
9th, a man from Puerto Rico had a heart attack just aways up the road out of
SJPP walking up the Pyrenees. This is a *very difficult* route, I am 64 and
just walked the Camino starting in SJPP, it was necessary for me to stop
every 5 - 10 minutes to allow my lung and heart to adjust. It is just not
wise to push oneself, the Camino is about a journey in life and not a race
or endurance test. So, everyone needs to slow down and enjoy the beautiful
wildflowers, the incredible views and just forget all the people who may
hurry by for some unknown quest. And, there is no rule that says you can not
send your pack on ahead, it is not expensive and I used this wonderful
service several times, and I sent some items ahead to Santiago by mail,
realizing my pack was too heavy. JJ Burgos USA
