Thank you for your continuing updates on the State Of The Camino.  The 
Website you refered to is from the Junta de Castilla y Leon .. the parent 
site being http://www.jcyl.es . The subdomain of 
http://www.peregrinoalerta.jcyl.es/ seems to be inoperativo right now, but 
this is hopefuly just temporary. They actually offer SMS service ('cell 
phone text messaging') to answer pilgrim Q&A. El siglo 12 encontrase al 
siglo 21. Vale.
