[Gocamino] Lodgings towards the end of the French Way

J.H.--if you carry a sleep sack to use in a refugio, you should not have a
problem. I did not have any problems with refugios when I walked last
September, although every 3 or 4 nights I checked into a small hotel. But,
the social life of the camino is in the refugios; hotels can be lonely.
However, the Confraternity guide to the French Way gives excellent
suggestions for lodging along the way.
