[Gocamino] weather on Via Podiensis II

In the Since-You-Asked Département ...

I was able to assemble a Web page for the climate on the Via Podensis (Le 
Puy Route). These are arranged North-South by Département from Le Puy 
heading towards Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. The page is currently best viewed 
in 1024x768 or better. Sacre Blu ! C'est Français, but easy to read.
