[Gocamino] first timer questions

For anyone who is interested, American Pilgrims on the Camino will provide a
credential.  To make a request, go to their website
(www.americanpilgrims.com) and fill in the membership form - there's a place
on the form to request a credential.  Please state your departure date, and
fill in your address, city and zip code.  Your request will be processed and
a credential sent.
