Hello you all,
The "Fundacion Instituto Europeo Camino de Santiago"  (Camino de Santiago 
European Institute Foundation)  has set up an internet site for pilgrims to 
communicate with one another on the Camino
 The Foundation has linked 94 computers  in albergues throughout Castilla and 
Leon through which pilgrims and hospitaleros can exchange information about 
Camino conditions, albergue capacities and so on.
Pilgrims may also leave messages for one another and are, in fact, invited to 
do so.

(it is not a typo... there is an "i" before the ultreia). The site also has 
information in English.
