[Gocamino] Flights out of Santiago

My son is planning on walking the camino in May of this year. He will 
fly into Bilbao from Heathrow and pick up the camino in Pamplona where 
he left off last year. I heard that it is possible for pilgrams to fly 
from Santiago to England for a reduced rate. Does anyone know something 
about this and if one can make reservations or not.  The other option 
is for him to bus back to Bilbao and fly back to England from there. 
(seems like a waste).
