Those of you who have visited my website http://camino.oakapple.net know that my
pilgrimage
that ended in Santiago and Fisterra started at the Taize community in Burgundy.

Brother Roger, the brave and gentle founder of Taize, died yesterday.

As it happened, I have been carrying one of his recent books,

these past few weeks slowly reading it as time allowed.    Another book I can
