The only challenge I saw was that since there are a
limited number of outlets, you might want to do it as
quickly and unobtrusively as possible. Quite a few
pilgrims had cell phones that needed recharging and
there were no prohibitions.

It may well have changed in the past couple of years,
as more and more people are carrying digital cameras
as well as mobile phones and the outlets are used much
more.
