I absolutely agree with you!
It is the not knowing where, or how, one is going to sleep,  and when, or 
what, one is going to eat.... and what wonders of weather-change will the day 
ahead bring as we walk,  that liberate the  spirit  from the entombment of 
structured existence.  
Many of us have recognized such experiences as an empowering  freedom and 
have marveled at our unsuspected ability to live up to different  conditions and 
challenges.
