Salamanca, my love!!

Rosina is COMPLETELY right about this gorgeus Medieval (very) Spanish
"ciudad".
At night, in the bars around Plaza Mayor, you can meet different "tunas"
(University music groups) composed by "tunos" (University guys playing
guitar or old Medieval chord intruments) in Medieval typical clothes and
"capa" (cape, cloak), where many ribbons, embroidered by women (mother,
sisters and fiancées), proudly hang. They sing typical Spanish songs and
dance sevillanas and flamenco. Some of this music takes back to the Camino,
such as the famous "Tuna compostelana".

Salamanca is the main door to the Spanish culture: if you want to let this
culture enter your heart, you HAVE to go to Salamanca!
