le puy to SJPP

hi everybody,
this october i will be walking from le puy to SJPP. this far i have only
found one book dealing with this stretch of the camino: it's in german from the
'conrad stein outdoor series'. it seems pretty good but i wonder if there are
other books available. i am able to read only in english and german.
has anybody walked this route? in october.
where should i pick up my pilgrim's passport?
