Hola,
There is a society for the study of the Templars and Medieval times. Their

they publish bulletins quarterly and have an incredible array of resources. 
There is also a documentary produced by the BBC on the Templars that is 
available in video tapes and DVDs.
A couple of years ago the French author who wrote "Alive" (the celebrated 
story of the Uruguayan players whose plane crashed on the Andes)
wrote an extensive book on the Templars with emphasis, it seemed to me, to 
their activities in France.
