[Gocamino] Camino in November 2004

Hi Mark,

Barring unexpected delays, I expect to be starting from St. Jean Port 
de Pied for Santiago on/around 21 November.  I will be riding a 
bicycle. I have only notional ideas about my progress, but that could 
all go out the window once I actually get going and hit the ground - 
we'll see!  If I get to Santiago, I might take a bus or whatever out to 
Finisterre - dependant on the shape that I am in.
