If you wish to luxuriate (is that a word?), Parador San Marcos is fantastic.
They give a pilgrim discount and a substantial discount to us senior
citizens.  If you don't stay there visit the lobby and have a glass of wine
in the bar.  Walk around the courtyard and drool.  The cathedral has enough
stained glass for a couple of more cathedrals, magnificent.  You can book
the parador on line.  The prices are much lower when you appear in person.
