Rules for literary and photographic Camino contests

A sheet of A4 paper, for those still using the width of King Edward's thumb as
a measure, is 8.27 inches wide and 11.69 inches long. A DNI is a national
identity number (similar to a Social Secruity number in the US). No idea what
y/o mail means.
