Like Frank I use a blindfold - a Spanish Buff (pronounced boof) they're tubes
of thin material in various designs about 8 euros. Can be turned into sweat
bands, tie backs for long hair (oh that I had that problem!), wash cloths,
neckerchiefs.

The advantage of using one as a blindfold is that they keep the foam earplugs
from falling out!
