The terror attack on New York was just one incident in a war of attrition
dating back many years not a declaration of war. Since the breakup of the
Ottoman Empire the British, French and Americans have been interfering in the
affairs of the Middle East, deposing monarchs here, installing despots there
and what for? To paraphrase Clinton: it's the oil, stupid.

As for a reverse reconquista - the Arab nations held Spain for what? 900
years,
the Christians 500 - who has a greater right? Perhaps if the West stopped
persectuting and killing muslims the muslim world would stop killing
westerners.
What a warped, distorted view of history!  Why can't you just recognize evil,
religious zealotry and violence for what it is and not fix blame on the U.S.,
the CIA and oil geopolitics which did not even exist when Arab/Moslem
extremism and murder of innocents  first emerged?  By the way, I am not an apologist
for America and all the wrongs perpetrated against innocent Moslems.
Also, your suggestion that Arabs have some greater right to Spain due to
longevity of their presence many centuries ago is laughable.   Maybe we should
give Manhattan back to the Indians too if you want to right injustices of
history.
Your simplistic analyses serve no useful purpose and have nothing to do with
the Camino so why don't you keep them off listserve and continue your
anti-American, British and French rants in some chat room where other people may enjoy
your biased opinions.
