Women pilgrims

For women pilgrims I have two words Panty Liners.

Also, wear clothing with a high "Phony fiber" content. All cotton and mostly cotton take forever to dry.

Re Towels. My husband is a competitive masters swimmer. On the Camino all he took was his swimmers chammy, a 1 foot by 2 foot artificial chamoix. It comes in a small plactic tube with a cap, works best when damp, can be washed out with the hand soap in your shower and then dry you off.

I hope I can help you, even if I find it difficult to translate some words
into English, so please excuse me in advance!
I wore microfiber under-pants and a lycra-microfiber bra (a kind of
jogging-bra). Microfiber, apart from being very comfortable and avoiding
sweat, dries easily. I found it very comfortable.
Have a fantastic Camino!!! If I could I would do it again tomorrow
morning!!!
