starting from Sarria

I travelled by bus from Madrid to Sarria - go to Mendez Alvaro station and
find the counter for the ALSA bus company. You need to buy a ticket for
Lugo, then connect with a bus to Sarria. Total journey is about 7 hours, I
think.

Alternatively, there is a train from Chamatin station, leaving at 10pm and
arriving at 6am.

It is a good section to walk for the limited time you have.
