Credencial info

Thank you, Alex and Rosina, for the information on getting the
credencial in Burgos.  I have heard that starting from Burgos is not the
best idea in the summer (I guess one sets off directly across the plains
of Castilla), but it seemed to me that it was the best I could do with
the time that I have.
