Last minute credencial

I have an unexpected opportunity to do part of the Camino this summer,
starting from Burgos.  (This would be my first peregrinación, although I
go to Spain fairly often.)

 

Because it’s rather sudden, I haven’t yet gotten my credencial, and I’m
not sure I’d have time to get one from a US organization before leaving.
Does anyone know if it would be possible to get one in Burgos?  I have
also heard that they can be obtained at the Catedral de la Almudena in
Madrid.
