Hello!
Me and my boyfriend had just come back from Spain. We walked from St. Jean Pied du Port pretty much all the way; took a bus between Burgos anf Leon. The camino is becoming pretty crowded already, especially from Sarria, where the last stretch begins. For me the best part of the Camino was the first half, from St. Jean Pied du Port. The most beautiful views (though quite difficult to walk because of the mountains) and the most friendly people. Santiago itself was a huge dissapointment, seems to be a tourist trap. My advice for Santiago is: go see the tomb of the Apostle, get your Compostelana and get out of that City as fast as you can! If you have the time, go to Finisterre by the bus or on foot-it is the most spectacular place in Galicia, we loved it!
