Guidebook needed

Hi Mariusz,
As a rule, most messages in English sent to the Archdiocese or to most of the Associations, Confraternities, etc., in Spain  may go unanswered, wheras those sent in Spanish are answered right away and those in French or Italian are answered sooner rather than later. The reason, of course, is that they may not be an English speaker/reader/writer handy when they set to answer the many messages they receive.  Except for the Archdiocese, those in charge of e-mail correspondence are volunteers and while they do their best, they cannot do everything.
Did you write to them in English, by any chance? if so, I'd suggest that you write again in Spanish.
