 As always Bob is right!
Extensive lists are available on-line at the Brazilian website:

www.caminhodesantiago.com

look for: "show de Informacion Peregrinas" than select "Hospedagem"

There you find all info on Refugio's hotels, bars etc complete with
telephone numbers.
As it is a lot The Camino Frances is divided up into:
* St Jean to Logrono
* Navarette to Burgos
* Burgos to Leon
* Trabajos to O cebreiro
* Linares to Santiago de Compostella

There is also info on the Camino Arragones and the Camino de Finisterra.
A wealth of info in all!
