Pilgrim's "Our Father" prayer

Hello you all,
When I get home I'll ask someone who may ably do so  to translate the
pilgrims' prayer into English.
Meanwhile, this is my attempted translation:

"Our Father who are in the Camino,
may your inspiration  come to us;
do look after us pilgrims;
may Your will be done
in the heat and in the cold.
Illuminate
our daily route.
Help us when we falter
as we help our fellow pilgrims who falter.
Do not let us fall into despair
and protect us from harm.
                                     Amen"
