The following Spanish weather site has very detailed information about
climate for each month in all the provinces:

 Go to the link and then click on "climatologia" at the bottom. Select the
province, and then select the city. It will give you average rainfall,
snow, temperatures, days of sun, rain, or clouds for each month. The key is
at the bottom of the page. Even if you don't speak Spanish, it is pretty
easy to understand.

People who have gone in the Winter say it is very special and beautiful. It
may be the only time you can beat the crowds next year.
