I am failing to grasp the gravamen of this discussion.
Data on Santiago pilgrims repeatedly mention pilgrims who go to Santiago on
crutches, on carts, on gurneys and, unfailingly, those who make the pilgrimage
on a wheel chair from as far away as Roncesvalles.  Why the quandary?
