Finisterre

I am hoping to walk the Camino to Finisterre after I reach Santiago. Have
any of you done this? My reading indicates that the path is much harder to
follow and it is more difficult to communicate with the people.
I am a little nervous about getting lost. I don't mind being hungry or
having to point at things, but "lost"  would be a concern.
How difficult is this part of the Camino? I would really love to walk on to
the ocean.
