Hi Jennifer, I did not suffer at all in my three Camino pilgrimages. Quite the contrary. Nor have I met any Camino pilgrim that found the effort painful. I am suffering right now through the madness that we are living through, and how I wish that I were on the Camino receiving some of the spiritual solace that I've always found there.
