Send it to:

YOUR NAME
Lista de Correos
NAME OF TOWN

So, to send it to Santiago:

JEFFREY CRAWLEY
LISTA DE CORREOS
SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA
15701

you can find a list of post offices at http://www.correos.es/13/06/1030.asp but it's all in Spanish.

Some people say it's a good idea to put PERIGRINO/PERIGRINA on the envelope as well.

Also get them to check BOTH names: Jeffrey and Crawley incase it gets misfiled.

Jeffrey

How is that done? Do you send, for example, to the Correo in Leon C/O your
