i walked from burgos to fromista at the end of may,2003. i wore new balance 745 light weight hiking shoes. they were quite comfortable except the soles could have been sturdier. much of the path was quite hard, rutted and stony. the temp was 35c so i appreciated the breathability and lightweight. bon camino, mark
