Setting Out

Hello Everyone!

I subscribed to this e-mail list around one week ago and have been
pleasantly surprised by it and by all of its members. Truly a wonderful mix
of information and of shared experience; I am inspired. I was originally
turned on to the Road to Santiago after reading Mr. Coelho's The Pilgrimage.
However, after reading of some of your experiences my enthusiasm for making
the trek has increased ten-fold.

I am a 28 year old Canadian and will be setting out on el camino by myself
in mid September of this year. I will be in Europe until November 20th,
having no set itinerary, and thus will have ample time. I was wondering if
any of you have some advice or any experiences to share regarding doing the
trek so late in the year?

I am grateful for having the opportunity to share in your experiences, and
