facilitator

Dear Linda and et al...

I have been listening to all of the conversation and not responding and just
soaking it all in.  I have a suggestion seeming that things are getting OUT
OF HAND here that our little community here could use a facilitator
regarding the threads of discussion.  I know that this listserv has a list
moderator but this really now needs a facilitator.  If you are interested in
knowing about Group Dynamics....check out Adult Education Theory.

Having said that....I will raise my hand for this job of facilitator (if
it's ultimately ok with Linda) and try to restart the purpose of this
listserv in more closely related topics regarding the Camino...even though I
feel totally under qualified (however, I have an advanced degree in On-line
Adult Group Dynamics but little experience with the Camino).

Is anyone game to get on with the original intentions of this listserv and
speak of  ULTREYA and other Camino Matters entirely?  Particulary
ULTREYA.... because there seems to be an element of forgetfulness regarding
what that term means. Let me know what you think of this idea- because
people are on the verge of un-subscribing due to the postings of these past
few days.
