Summer/02 was perceived as "different" by Spaniards in at least a couple of areas I was in: Santiago, July/'02...had to wear sweater/jacket, sometimes during the day, without a doubt at night. Madrid, August/'02...wear a jacket at night? Unusual, but, yes. Xosé Manuel
