Two airlines have direct flights:
Aer Lingus fly direct to Barcelona and Madrid daily (www.aerlingus.com)
and Iberia fly to Madrid (and maybe Barcelona) daily (www.iberia.es)
If you are flying on the direct LA-Dublin service with Aer Lingus, you
should be able to book discounted travel within Europe on their network.
Ryanair fly to Biarritz (via Stansted) and Buzz (i think) fly to Bilbao
from Stansted.
