Hi everybody! Thank you soooo much for the wonderful Links you have provided me with! I finally could make my choice about the way we'll follow, I sitlll have to make some little decissions about some towns

A new question: would that be safe if instead of staying at the refugios in the towns we camp, from time to time? I feel very tempted about putting the tent in the first part of the Chemind after leaving from Le puy all that part that seems to be very pretty, in the forest. We weren't sure about bringing a tent, but now I think about it...I've heard that the refuges are pretty crowded during the summer season and some times it is going to be too much for us to walk till the next center, specially at the beginning of our trip, when I don't think we will walk more than 18-22 km a day.

You think it is possible for us to ask the farmers to set our tent in a little corner of their farms? that would also help a lot our budget.

Thank you very much , once again, for all you unvaluable help.

Bon Chemin

Lia
