What are you sorry you missed?

Hello to all-

My name is Rozan Gautier from Walnut Creek, California.  My husband
Brad and I will be walking the Camino this June.  We have been planning
our trek for about three years and I have been reading with great
interest these messages for several months.  You all have given me
information and insights.  Thanks!

I do have a question for those of you who have already done the Camino.
  What did you miss?  Are there things, places, people etc.  you did not
know of until after the fact?
