Daer all,
Foot care is of the utmost importance as they are the ones who bring is to
where we want to be.
Foot care doesn't start at the Camino but at home!!!!

Prior for leaving you start caring for your feet more (you need them)
Each day you wash (of course) them and RINSE them with cold water. Twice a
day. Dry them well !
I believe in the Vaseline trick: keep your feet smooth without the hard
stuff (no translation available)
After rinsing dry your feet thoroughly!
You might add some talcum powder in your socks...

For me it proved right as I had an infection to one and treated that foot
very well: that was the foot that troubled me the least...so it works
The "European way" of treating blisters with a needle etc.... it might help:
I've seen it, but if you get an infection
I believe I "second skin" ( compeed) and not at the moment there is a
problem but before that.
Preventive care!

Happy blistering!
Ultreya and good health to you all !

As always
