Foot Care

I haven't done the Camino (I'll begin in May this year). But on long hikes,
one thing that helps me under the Smartwools is a pair of those silly toe
socks in place of liners. My toes tend to eat into each other one way or
another. If I don't get the nails just right, they attack their neighbors.
If your toes do this sort of thing, try some plain toe socks. But try it
here at home, not on the Camino for the first time. These suit me much
better than those little toe tubes you can buy. Those toe tubes don't always
behave!
