questions about being a hospitalera

Hello all:
 
I read somewhere that there will be some sort of training in the Spring to become a hospitalero.  I'm guessing it would be a part time thing?  Do they take care of the visa's to work there?  Can someone shed a little light for me?  I'm interested in becoming a hospitalera.  And then hopefully stay in Spain....
