Where is help needed?

Dear Camino friends: I have walked the Camino, I salute you as my sisters and brothers.  And as such, I ask for your input on a dream that may soon come true. My partner and I are retiring soon to Spain and  want to help along the Way where we can. We are currently looking for the spot where most help is needed -- currently the area with the longest stretch of walking with the least resources, or perhaps steep or otherwise tiring/anxious  conditions just beforehand or upcoming.  We don't necessarily want to set up a whole refugio thing; perhaps just a cool, shady spot, a comfy chair, and a drink or snack.  I can remember a few places that would suit the bill, but I am soliciting wisdom from everyone I can who has made this journey -- and I ask those about to set out to keep eyes and senses open for that place/time, and please make a note of it for me.  We have gone so far as projecting a pilgrim laudromat in Leon, a "roving snack truck" along the longer stretches of the Mese!
