I can't offer any direct help, however, heres what I did last year at this same time. Take the metro Palace de Sol. Walk to the tourism office in the plaza. They will give you a listing of local hotels renting rooms. After that,just walk arround until you find somehing that meets you needs. Not very scientific, but it worked for me
