Yes, REI has a decent poncho for $24.00.  The one they have in stock right
now is green.  The $12.00 orange one is no longer available... at least not
in the stores in Portland.

What kind of poncho did you carry?

Where do you buy rain chaps?

Once there were some really nice light ones sold by REI Inc.

I have an army poncho, but it is kind of heavy.
