Bus from Madrid to Sarria

Does anyone know if any bus lines go from Madrid to Sarria?
We will be arriving at the airport in Madrid at approx 10 am, Friday October
11.
I know there is a all night train that leaves Madrid at 10 pm but I'd really
like to be on our way earlier.  I'm afraid the jet lag by 10pm might be too
much.  Thanks for your help.

Also is there a post office at the airport for forwarding on a box to
Santiago?
