La Credencial del Peregrino (and the Compostela)

I hope this comes out correctly on everybody's mail reader:

[In my opinion URL's and e-mail addresses should avoid accents and stick
to the 26 lower-case English letters for universality!   To avoid American
cultural imperialism one could substitute Roman cultural imperialism by
using Latin, which doesn't have any accents, does it?   (Did the ancient
Romans have better technological foresight in this respect
than the more recent inventors of Esperanto?)]

Anyway I conclude from the web page
that the traditional source of La Credencial del Peregrino is the
confraternity in one's own country.
