Bus Service on the Camino

When I finished riding my bicycle from Cahors to Santiago I took a bus ( 10 ) hours from Santiago to Bilboa.  The bus stopped in at least 10 bus stations and it would appear that you can take a bus from almost any village to any other village in Spain.  And certainly between major cities.
