rail cards for TGV

Hi all:  I am trying to book our train seats from Paris to Lourdes on the
TGV.  Since my daughter is under 25 yrs old, they are offering a less
expensive rate if she uses some kind of a rail card.  Does anybody know
anything about the card?  The her ticket would be 1/2 price, a savings of
about $52.  Does anybody know how to get the card, how much it would cost,
etc.?  Thanks for all the help.
