One of the better French 'meteo' (weather) sites is this one:

www.lachainemeteo.com

It's difficult to find a French site that will give you much info. in
English but the one above is quite straight forward with easy-to-interpret
symbolism.  I havn't found a site that will give me St-Jean-Pied-du-Port as
an exact location but tap in 'Pyrenees Atlantique' for the Departmental
report.  Most of the sites do a report for Bayonne / Biarritz.  Hope this
will be of some use.
