Euro dollars

Just "Euro" Maddie, divided into 100 cents/centimes/centimos - local custom
seems to dictate the spelling and used in all of the European Union
countries except UK, Sweden and Denmark.

All of the notes are the same but the coins are issued nationally.

The Spanish cent coins 10, 20 and 50 have the cathederal of Santiago on
them (so you'll know what to look for when you get there?). The Vatican
have also gone over to the Euro and I understand that you can swop I
Vatican Euro for up to 20 Spanish ones (they're the same value but not
common - so many people go to Spain that they expect the Spanish coins to
be the ones most likely to be in your pocket).
